TÓM TẮT NHỮNG KẾT LUẬN MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

          1/ Đã đề xuất ứng dụng phương pháp bình sai tổng thể có cơ sở khoa học trong xây dựng dữ liệu thông tin đất đai thành phố Hà Nội.

          2/ Áp dụng thuật toán Helmert để tính toán các bộ tham số tính chuyển tọa độ cho từng loại dữ liệu địa chính của các vùng mới sát nhập thành phố Hà Nội.

          3/ Đề xuất xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu địa chính cho thành phố Hà Nội theo công nghệ ArcGIS.

NEW FINDINGS

          1/ Propose a network adjustment solution for the whole City of Hanoi based on the comprehensive least square adjustment for both GPS and conventional control networks to establish land information database for the City of Hanoi.

          2/ Application of Helmert coordinate transformation to calculate the transformation parameters for cadastral data in the newly merged areas of Hanoi City.

          3/ Propose a solution for establishment of cadastral database for the City of Hanoi based on the ArcGIS technology.
