HUMG offers wide ranges of courses and education programs for undergraduate and post-graduate in both full-time and in-service studies. In HUMG, there are four levels of education provided:

Junior Engineer/Bachelor degree: 3,5 years. The graduates of this degree are able to upgrade their degree to engineer degree in 14 months course.

Engineer/Bachelor degree: 4-5 years. This is equal to Bachelor degree. The duration of study is 4 years for economic majors and 5 year for engineering majors.

Master degree: 2 years for full time students and 3 years for part-time students.

PhD degree: minimum 3 years for both full time students and part-time students.

Number of undergraduate students is about 21,000.

Number of post-graduate students is about 1000, amongst them there 120 PhD students.

There are 32 Engineer's Diploma (Bachelor) Programs, 17 master degree programs, and 29 research PhD degree programs in HUMG.
