At the invitation of the Rector Tran Dinh Kien, Polytechnic College Vientiane, Laos pays a visit to HUMG with an aim to elevate biliteral co-operation. The delegation led by the Director Phongsavath Ouanpomany arrived in Hanoi yesterday and starting his four-day to visit Hanoi University of Mining and Geology from 21^th  to 24^th  April 2009. The parties will exchange views about relations between the two universities as well as sign the new memorandum of understanding.
