07.5.2010- HUMG: The United States Mission inVietnam is pleased to announce the 2011-2012 competition for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. The Humphrey Fellowship Program is a one-year, non-degree, full scholarship program offered to promising mid-career professionals who have a proven track record of leadership, and a strong public service commitment. Participants in the program spend one year at a leadingU.S. university working in their self-designed program of independent study, participate in professional affiliations off-campus, field trips, special workshops and seminars in their field of study. Fellows are selected based on the potential for national leadership and commitment to public service in either the public or private.
