Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas invites the best student representatives to take part in the 66-t1i International Youth Scientific Conference “Oil and Gas-2012”.

The purpose of the conference is to consider a wide range of tasks which are the oil and gas sector faces with; search for solutions in terms of practical significance and achievements of the theoretical basis.

“Oil and Gas-2012” is an effective platform for strengthening the scientific cooperation and business contacts of Russian and foreign experts, launching new projects in the training of young specialists.

The program of the conference includes reporting on the following scientific areas:

•          Geology’ and Exploration of Oil and Gas;

•          Oil and Gas Field Development and Drilling;

•          Pipeline Network Design, Construction and Operation;

•          Mechanical Engineering in Oil an Gas sector;

•          Chemical and Environmental Engineering in Oil and Gas industry;

•          Automation Computer Science in Oil and Gas business;

•          Economics and Management in Oil and Gas industry;

•          Legal Support for the Development of Oil and Gas industry;

•          Humanities;

•          Presentation of Research Papers in English;

•          Offshore Oil and Gas Technologies;

•          School Scientific Society:

-  the Science of the Earth;

-  Computer Science and Information and Communication Technologies; 

-  The Natural Sciences;

- Humanities.

The conference dates 17-20 April 2012.

To take part in the conference a participant should send an application member and theses of reports to the Organizing Committee before 1 April 2012. The decision to include the report in the conference program is made according to the results of consideration of applications.

Highly qualified specialists and representatives of leading oil and gas companies will participate in the sections. We hope you will be interested in our proposal.
